You created a CRM dashboard to log and manage client data, including names, emails, dates of contact, service interests (e.g., Admin Support, Calendar, Travel Planning, Inbox Management), client statuses (e.g., New Lead, Contacted, Closed), and inquiry notes. You also tracked lead progression and organized client follow-ups and service planning based on their status and needs.
