I led the kickoff and briefing phase by scheduling stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, organizing and capturing meeting notes, confirming project scope, and assigning responsibilities. You also played a key role in onboarding by identifying team members, assigning roles, setting up communication channels, sharing documents, and facilitating onboarding sessions.

Outcome
The project was effectively initiated, with clear task ownership and a well-defined team structure. Early milestones such as team setup and briefing were completed with up to 100% progress in several key areas, setting the foundation for successful project execution.
